Nearly all local ingredients, a roasted cornish hen, mashed rutabagas, roasted turnips, beets, and carrots, sauteed brussel sprouts, and acorn squash for dessert. Slowly introducing meat back into my diet. Consume mindfully, this is a meal I can feel good about eating.
